Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions from employers and candidates. If you don't see what you need, get in touch.

For employers

Which sectors do you recruit for?

Healthcare, care, teaching and information technology are our current focus.

Do you provide immigration advice?

No. Intercross does not provide regulated immigration advice. Where sponsorship or immigration questions come up, Intercross can refer you to an independent, regulated legal specialist. Using a referred specialist is optional.

Can you help if we don't currently hold a sponsor licence?

Intercross works with employers who already hold a sponsor licence and with employers considering sponsorship. Sponsor licence applications themselves are handled by independent, regulated legal specialists, not by Intercross.

Do you supply temporary staff?

No. Intercross operates as an employment agency, introducing candidates for direct employment. Intercross does not employ or pay temporary workers itself.

What happens after I submit an employer enquiry?

Someone from Intercross will contact you to discuss your vacancy and the next steps.

For candidates

Do I have to pay to register or submit my CV?

No. There is no charge to register, submit a CV, or be put forward for a role.

Can you guarantee me a sponsored role or a visa?

No. Intercross does not provide immigration advice and cannot guarantee a visa or sponsorship outcome. Where you need immigration advice, Intercross can refer you to an independent, regulated legal specialist.
