Do you recruit care staff internationally?
Intercross recruits within the UK and internationally, in line with the DHSC Code of Practice for the international recruitment of health and social care personnel, including its restrictions on actively recruiting candidates resident in restricted countries. A direct application from a candidate is considered on its own terms.
Do you provide immigration advice?
No. Intercross does not provide regulated immigration advice. Where sponsorship or immigration questions come up, Intercross can refer you to an independent, regulated legal specialist. Using a referred specialist is optional.
