Intercross Training & Recruitment connects employers with skilled workers from the UK and overseas, and supports candidates looking for sponsorship opportunities in the UK. The current focus is healthcare, care, teaching and information technology.
How Intercross works
Intercross operates as an employment agency. That means Intercross introduces candidates to employers for direct employment. Intercross does not supply temporary staff who are employed or paid by Intercross itself.
There is no charge to candidates for registering, submitting a CV, or being put forward for a role. Training is offered as a separate service from recruitment.
Sponsorship-aware recruitment
Intercross recruits UK and international candidates and works with employers who already hold a sponsor licence or are considering sponsorship. Intercross does not itself provide regulated immigration advice, and does not describe itself as an immigration adviser or law firm. Where sponsorship or immigration advice is needed, Intercross can refer employers or candidates to an independent, appropriately regulated legal specialist. Any legal engagement with that specialist is separate from the recruitment relationship with Intercross, and using a referred specialist is optional.
